It supersedes PRs #43/#44/#45 (vilkris4's original implementation, credited as co-author) and completed an extensive multi-round review with 0x3639 covering duplicate-block handling, price-calc overflow safety, and plasma pricing edge cases -- final review comment: "no findings." PRs #43 and #44 have also merged individually. Mainnet activation still requires DynamicPlasmaSpork governance activation and replacing the placeholder governance address -- a deployment prerequisite, not a code gap.
