2026-08-01: PR #63 (feat: dynamic plasma, digitalSloth) has MERGED into zenon-network:dev (commit 4e3ee65). It supersedes PRs #43/#44/#45 (vilkris4's original implementation, credited as co-author) and completed an extensive multi-round review with 0x3639 covering duplicate-block handling, price-calc overflow safety, and plasma pricing edge cases -- final review comment: "no findings." PRs #43 and #44 have also merged individually. Mainnet activation still requires DynamicPlasmaSpork governance activation and replacing the placeholder governance address -- a deployment prerequisite, not a code gap. 2026-07-21: PRs #43 and #44 (vilkris4, account pool/validation performance) have MERGED -- this removes NADP's original blocking dependency. New comprehensive implementation now in PR #63 (feat: dynamic plasma) opened June 21 2026 by digitalSloth, building directly on vilkris4's work (vilkris4 credited as co-author on core commits). 69 files changed, full EIP-1559-style adaptive fusion/PoW pricing gated behind DynamicPlasmaSpork, plus devnet tooling. Based on vilkris4's original work -- digitalSloth adapted it for the dockerized devnet and added documentation. vilkris4 is listed as co-author in core commits. Awaiting 3 approvals; Copilot reviewed June 21. Previous PRs #43/#44/#45 (vilkris) remain open but PR #63 is now the comprehensive implementation to watch.
